General Terms and Conditions (Eco-island Building Camp)

1. Details of the Service Provider (Organizer)

2. Subject of the Service and Conclusion of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the ... organized by Ácsolat-Natura Kft Eco-island Building Camp governs the application and participation conditions for the event.

  • The contract is concluded by filling out and submitting the application form found on the website, and upon confirmation sent by the Organizer via email.
  • Application entails a payment obligation.

3. Ticket Prices and Payment Conditions

  • Early Bird Ticket: HUF 30,000 + VAT, i.e., gross HUF 38,100 (for applications submitted by July 30, 2026).
  • Standard Ticket HUF 45,000 + VAT, i.e., + VAT, i.e. gross 57,150 HUF valid from July 31, 2026
  • The participation fee must be paid by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice issued by the Organizer, within the deadline specified in the confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Conditions (IMPORTANT)

  • No right of withdrawal: Pursuant to Section 29 (1) l) of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, since the camp relates to a specific date (event), after purchasing the ticket, the applicant does not have the right of withdrawal without giving reasons.
  • Refund: Since the camp's infrastructure and logistics are built out in advance based on the exact number of participants, in the event of cancellation, the fees paid cannot be refunded.
  • Transferability: he purchased ticket will not go to waste! If you cannot make it, you can transfer your ticket to someone else freely and free of charge. The Organizer must be notified of this via email at least 3 days before the start of the camp (including the name and details of the new participant).

5. Force Majeure and Cancellation of the Camp

If the camp is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the Organizer (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, force majeure), the Organizer is obliged to notify the participants immediately and either fully refund the paid fee or credit it toward a later date.
